Thank you for you comments & ID...is there a dragonfly expert out there on Project Noah? I'll look into it later and see if I can determine the correct species...but, I thank you both for your efforts,

I think this is a Halloween Pennant (Celithemis eponina) Reason: Wings are amber not clear (banded sometimes has some amber but near the body) Also that special cell on the wing called: pterostigma (it's the solid-colored rice shaped thing on the leading or front edge of the wings between the outermost band and the wing tip) If you notice, on all the pics of the Halloween is redish, but on the Banded is always black. This is based on me looking at the pictures and it's by no means an expert opinion. Also Halloweens are extremely common here in South FL where I live I see them all the time, but never seen a banded.
