American Robin

Turdus migratorius

Description:

Winter visitors in Florida. They are often in large groups and can be heard singing their cheery songs. When they eat berries from my Dahoon Holly tree, they begin to act strangely either from being too full or because they are "drunk."

Habitat:

Sitting in a maple tree in a suburban neighborhood. A whole flock seems to have migrated to our neighborhood.
