Chondrostereum purpureum
Chondrostereum purpureum is a wood rotting fungus often found on old stumps and dead wood. This fungus forms leathery, lilac to deep purple patches with a white edge. Causes Silverleaf disease on the foliage of the plum, cherry, apple and other living trees.

Thank you Mark for your expertise in helping to identify this fungus. The blue-black stuff looks like dead man’s fingers" and will list that as another spotting. Thanks again!
I'm pretty sure that purple stuff is a fungi... maybe Chondrostereum purpureum
