Rufous-tailed Hummingbird

Description:

A medium sized hummingbird with a green back and throat that has touches of blue when light hits it from the right angle. The tail is reddish.

Habitat:

Near a house in a rural area. Fairly common in areas where human activity has altered the environment.

Notes:

This is either a femal or immature male. The males have a redder beak.
