Habitat:

On cabbage palm leaf

Notes:

I thought it was alive and didn't want to disturb it. But months later I found it dryed out and dead looking pretty much the same. I still have dried up specimen.

I suspected the moth had been infected by a fungus. But didn't know where to go to research it. Really appreciate ornithoptera80 ID suggestion.
