Neotartessus Leafhopper

Neotartessus flavipes

Description:

A small (about 6 -8 mm long) hopper with brown-blue wings, reddish brown eyes and lime green legs. The last pair of legs were spiky along the length of it and was kept tucked under the wings.

Notes:
