Pergesa acteus
Pergesa acteus is a moth of the Sphingidae family. It is found in Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, Burma, Thailand, eastern and southern China, Taiwan, Japan (the Ryukyu Archipelago), Peninsular Malaysia, Indonesia (Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi) and the Philippines (Palawan). The wingspan is 64–80 mm. The caterpillars feed on Alocasia odora, Syngonium podophyllum, Amorphophallus, Arisaema, Caladium, Colocasia, Dieffenbachia, Begonia, Commelina, Leea, Cissus and Vitis species.
I have a concern here jgorneau, the last 3 moths still have their wings crumpled. Is this normal? I uploaded it here - picture #5

Pictures updated: Picture #2 was taken 11 days from picture #1 and Picture #3 was taken 24 hrs. from picture #2. I'm still waiting for it to emerge to ID this spotting.
Also, because the caterpillar is so small as an early instar, the colors may change significantly. If this one does stay on the host plant, please continue to post updated photos here of what the more mature caterpillar looks like, as that will help tremendously in coming up with an ID
