Description:

A patch of large mushrooms up to 280mm across, caps shallow domed to flat, pale grey, crumbly fragments mostly near the centre; stipe very robust, straight, white, lightly fibrous, with ring, thicker near base; gills dense, white, slightly adnate.

Habitat:

Suburban highway division with eucalyptus and some native understory.
