Long range winter migrant
Reddish brown cap, brown back, dark brown wings. Buff underside with faint streaks on chest and flanks. Underside of tail is yellow. Unlike the eastern version this has less yellow. Pale yellow line above the eye and two thin brown wiskers on side of throat. Similar to the Pipit on it's behavior of bobbing it's tail.

Habitat:

This was spotted on the rocky shores of the bay.

Notes:

Behavior also like the Pipits I've seen on rocky shorelines, foraging in and around the rocks.
