Description:

The Lemon Pansy (Junonia lemonias) is a common nymphalid butterfly found in South Asia. It is found in gardens, fallow land, and open wooded areas. It is a smallish butterfly, flying close to the ground and landing and resting, on small bushes.

Habitat:

Lots of these little butterflies in my garden at the moment, chasing each other away from the choice spots!
