Wingspan 20-22 mm. Top of the head and throax white. It has duck-tailed profile when viewed from the side.
Habitats, ranging from forested areas to prairies, creeks and gardens.

If I didn't know that was a moth. I would have thought it was a shrimp. Great find ianmaton.
