Description:

Up to 10 ft. high. Large, rounded multi-stemmed shrub. Leaves: 2 1/4 in., elliptical hairy below, turn bronze or red. Flowers tiny white bells in short clusters; Blooms: May- June Berries: 1/2", dark blue, dusted whitish, edible Ripe: June- August

Habitat:

Shrubby swamps, meadows and dry hillsides

Notes:
