Habitat:

Restricted to approx. 13 mile stretch of Ft Morgan peninsula (AL). Inhabits primary dunes, secondary dunes and tertiary dunes. Opportunistic omnivore, though prefers sea oats, sea rockets, etc.

Brilliant spotting and great information Celeste. Welcome to Project Noah. There's not really any need to suggest an ID to yourself. :-)
There is also a blog http://blog.projectnoah.org/ where we post articles from spotters with special insight into different organisms and the chats for help with identification, and to comment on your own and others’ spottings.
You could also check the missions to put your spottings into:http://www.projectnoah.org/missions
Enjoy and see you around!
