Oh so sorry to hear about your health battles Celeste. Certainly a very bitter pill. You must have some great memories of it all and such expertise would be of enormous value to this community. I'm not sure what's happening but we can no longer see your manatees although the system tells us you have 5 spottings in total. Do you have some with 'draft' written across them? Are there problems with using the system? If you prefer you could communicate more freely via my email and we might be able to get any issues resolved. (markaridgway at gmail dot com)

Mark Ridgway, this photo of a loggerhead hatchling has never been published. Nat Geo did a special in their mag "50 Most Endangered Species", but the loggerhead (listed as threatened) certainly did not qualify. They did include "Share the Beach" a progam I started with private and public stakeholders. The Alabama beach mouse was included in that NG magazine, but my photo was not used. As a matter of fact, even though the advance team contacted me re these two, plus the manatee, by the time the magazine was ready to go, I had retired due to complications of Lupus/RA/MS. Nat Geo instead finished the article using the Perdido Key beach mouse and following the PensacolaOffice instead of mine, the Daphne Field Office. It was a bitter pill to swallow.

While I think of it I'm sure I remember this photo (or very similar) maybe in a Nat Geo magazine. Did they cover your work at some stage?

Celeste.. if you click 'home' (top left) you will get to a page with your picture just below and below that in brown letters 'Setting' with a little wheel next to it. In there you can change things about yourself. There is a box near the bottom called 'About me' in which you might but your work history. Don't forget to click 'Save changes' at the bottom. I am assuming you are using a full computer or 'pad'.

Your Profile (where you put info like email, short bio and photo) is under Settings; if you are on the web page version of Project Noah look on the left under your photo for the link to settings. If you are on the iPad or smartPhone app it is the wheel image in the lower right corner of your first screen. Hope this helps :)

Hi again Celeste. You could put those comments into your profile (under settings). I think it's the best place for them. Impressive record ! and that's a gorgeous pic of the loggerhead.
