sulfur flower?

Description:

this one clump of what looked like sulfur flower had a very distinct orange color. Not sure if this is the correct id. Wondering if the plant changes color due to local soil conditions or something similar like phlox does?

Hi this may help since I see only one angle of the flowers. Some are ground covers and some are more like shrubs.
