I agree with Karen's suggestion of Cisseps fulvicollis. The lack of an iridescent green marking on the back of the "head" of the moth confirms this identification.

Difficult to tell the differences, I lean towards the Yellow-collared due to the lack of a green-blue hue in the back plume, yet both are very similar.

Thanks to both of you though, I had no clue at all what I should be looking for.
