In my eyes it looks more like a Boloria dia. It is not easy to explain, but I try:
The angle of the upper hindwing is almost 90°, quite "sharp", not rounded as in Selene. Boloria is the smallest one of this kind of butterflies. Selene is usually larger. Right forewing: the markings above the row of spots at the margin are stronger and "thicker" in yours compared to Selene. The second spot (counted from the body) at the upper margin is in Selene usually "open" meaning more a "ring" than a spot.
These are just some points which my eyes notice if I compare Dia with Selene. These "Scheckenfalter" are amongst the most tricky ones to ID. Take a look and I am wondering what you are thinking...
