Habitat:

Freshwater river with subtropical forest with cypress trees, ferns, and palms.

Notes:

2 of them that came right up to our canoe and kayak on the Loxahatchee River at Jonathan Dickenson State Park in Hobe Sound, Florida.

Hi Lee, what an awesome experience this must have been!
We do request though that the focus of all photographs is on the organism not a human, so please could you remove the first 2 photos as we can't really see the manatees in them. Thanks!
