A medium-sized click beetle with a black head and light brown elytra (forewings exoskeleton). About 20 -30 mm in length. I am not sure what family is this. Possibly a Hemiops species as suggested by MichaelGeiser.
On plants in Rainforest Discovery Center (RDC), Sandakan, Sabah.
