Unidentified flesh fly. From the widespread family Sarcophagidae. The typically have gray bodies and three black stripes on the thorax, and are of non-metallic appearance.

Habitat:

Spotted on a Bougainvillea sp. leaf in a large semi-urban yard & garden, near a disturbed patch of remnant lowland forest.
