I am very astonished - because this moth looks similar to a species that is
thought to be endemic in Réunion island (Indian Ocean): Hipoepa limieri (Guillermet, 2004)

though, we have many species in our place that originate from India - so I do not exclude that it's a relative - or maybe the same species like above picture - but that nobody made the relation between both.
