Coenagrion mercuriale
A delicate little damselfly. Body mainly sky blue with black markings.
Favours gently flowing streams in marshy areas.

My take would be Coenagrion mercuriale. Because it lacks the dark "side stripes" which are typical for the Azure Damselfly. There is only one Coenagrion with so much blue on the abdomen in your are, and that is C. mercuriale.
