Capparis sinaica
A common plant in Sinai, it is used medicinally to treat rheumatism, joint aches, headaches, toothaches, and head colds. The fruits are eaten fresh and pickled. These plants were growing in a wadi with a lot of plastic pollution, most likely left behind by groups of tourists and/or blown in by the wind.
