Try looking through genus Eumenes--which are potter wasps. I'm not certain which species live in your area, but the body shape looks very close to Eumenes fraternus... also looks close to genus Zethus.

Hi Ashish, I've found that Wasp mimic bee are black and orange and are native to Australia. This wasp is only black.
