Description:

Large & thin caterpillar, about 25mm large, green and transparent at the center of the body, the ends mirror each other, with lentil shape antennas and has a spinch on his back

Habitat:

Spotted near the river at Taman Negara, a big and one of the oldest Rainforest jungles in the center of Malaysia

Thanks Jordi. It seems to have a spike on its back - gets more interesting. I like the club-shaped "antennae". I do hope some body can tell us what it is. There must be some amazing discoveries yet in these jungles !

Hi Leuba, due the light was impossible to have a better pic, will try to upload some other for you, it was in the middle of the jungle at Taman Negara, so no idea about the plant, sorry!

very odd and very interesting ! the ends mirror each other. The front part has legs pointing forwards and the rear ones point back.
Do you have any other shots jordi ? Also, do you know what plant it was on ?
