LuckyLogan, thank you for loving my children, that how big a moth maniac I am, but the antennae I found not all are the same, some time ago I had a 'male' moon moth lay eggs on my finger, this moth had big feather antennae, but that is only my observation.
I love your moth spottings Altha! I feel like I favorite them all. Quick question, I read that in the genus Acronicta, males have the feather like antennae and females do not. is this true with all moths?

Possibly the reticulate bagnest moth, also known as the processionary worm - the caterpillars follow one another, forming long lines.
