This is a Lesser Grass Blue Butterfly that i found in my backyard. The underside is greyish-brown with a series of small dark spots on the fore-wings and hind-wings. The size of this butterfly is about 6 mm in length, and its wingspan is about 15 mm.
- Around the garden, bush, and field. Usually found flying close to the ground in open sunlit grassy patches.
- This is a butterfly of the Lycaenidae family. The upperside wings of male is dull purplish blue, whilst the female is brown. Thanks to LennyWorthington for the ID.
