Thank you very much for your ID suggestion, you're completely right, I didn't check the legs, this is not sanguineum, but vulgatum, I've changed the names now :-)

To explain my ID-suggestion:
Your dragonfly has yellow on its legs. S. sanguineum has totally black legs. Your dragonfly also has a pointed ovipositor, which makes it a female S. vulgatum.
