Description:

Small moth in unique posture. Perhaps from the family Lecithoceridae? An example of such a moth here http://www.brisbaneinsects.com/brisbane_...

Habitat:

Spotted on spikemoss (Selaginella sp.) along as survey transect in secondary coastal lowland mixed freshwater swamp forest/sago swamp forest.

Thanks Nuwan, it indeed looks like a member of this family. My main reference for Papua doesn't list it (at least not under this name)!
