Thank you, Maria :) I couldn't find much information on them my first go 'round, but I'm hoping to have a good sit down and learn more about them and then I can fill the blank bits in here a bit better. All I know at the moment is that they eat plants and leave the leaf marked up with spots because of it. Unfortunately the pictures that include the leaf damage were too blurry to include. I probably should not admit this but I was so intent on circling around to take pictures of this guy (who never seemed a bit concerned with me, but always best to creep about) that I completely failed to noticed I'd sidled right under a sizable webworm nest. Being /surrounded/ by living things has taken on a whole new meaning since I've join Project Noah. (Come to think of it, I'm also fairly certain I never used to "sidle" before.)
