Opsiphanes invirae

Description:

Butterfly just emerged from its chrysalis. Brown-colored wings and eye-like circles.

Notes:

My family and I had the opportunity to follow the metamorphosis from caterpillar to butterfly. The kids loved it, and were impressed by the beauty of natural things.
