Hoary Comma. There is a missing spot on the hindwing and the regular dark stripe at the margins and the forewing is not so spiky and scalopped like in the other species.

Looks to me that the Hoary Comma has more defined Yellow sub-marginal spots on the hindwing, but I am no expert. This is the first time I have seen one!

Maybe they are the same butterfly just called differently in Europe and America. Lets ask bayucca...

Both Eric And Sukaina are incorrect, This in a Hoary Comma - Polygonia gracilis. Same kind of Butterfly as one of Pamsai's later spottings:
