The Mountain Bluebird is a medium-sized bird weighing about 30 g with a length from 16–20 cm. They have light underbellies and black eyes. Adult males have thin bills that are bright turquoise-blue and somewhat lighter beneath.

Good to know! I have another spotting I'm trying to post where you can see 20 plus of them in a bush! There were close to 50 blue birds on this hike we went on yesterday! My computer is being weird and wont let me upload it right now...
