I believe all spider eyes will reflect light, not just the Lycosidae. Also, wolf spiders aren't web-builders, so this is most likely a type of funnel-weaver. I'd need to see a bit more of the spider to go further. :-/

I think it is a wolf spider because their eyes reflect light.

This spotting is not a Hawk... I am sure it was a labeling mistake but I just wanted to let you know.
