Araucaria araucana
An epic tree sitting on a vacant lot in central Florida.
The leaves are sharp to the touch and the trunk is very thick. It almost looks fake! I am not sure if it is an invasive species or not.

I'd like to say this is a monkey puzzle tree, but I don't know the genus that well. It is some type of Auracaria though.
