Pycnonotus barbatus layardi
When I saw this bird it was a Dark-capped Bulbul (Pycnonotus tricolor), having changed its name from Black-eyed Bulbul (Pycnonotus barbatus). Now it has changed again! When will they ever stop changing? I have used the name in the latest Clements list v6.8.
