You're very welcome! Angel wings are smaller and more fragile. With oysters I usually try to take a minimal amount if its a small cluster... if it's bigger, take more! always leave at least a few remaining.

thanks TiffanyMarieMazz. I almost harvested some to eat, but wasn't sure of the ID. If I see it again, I'll take some for lunch...! Looks like a good patch. How much of it can one pick without destroying the patch?

Pleurotus ostreatus; oyster mushroom. Choice edible. Note how the gills are decurrent (run down the stem)
