Cortinarius sp.
@ lightworkerpeace, yes that's what confused me. I don't see any bits of the veil left anywhere.
The general appearance suggests Cortinarius including the colors. I could be wrong though! A tip: The word Cortinarius comes from "cortina" (a cobwebby partial veil consisting of silky fibrils).
