5-Striped Skink

Description:

This subject was about 7 inches long. It's tail stripes are neon blue. A lot of these guys are seen without their tails... likely taken by a bird.

Habitat:

Woodlands near Smoky Mountains National Park, Tennessee

These guys are FAST! Blink and they're out of site.
