30mm long, grey / yellow / changing colour, yellow in the webbing between toes, crossed pupil... Maybe a Litoria peroni - Peron's tree frog?
Hiding in the cracks of an old timber fence, changed colour from grey to yellowish when sitting on a yellow weatherboard wall.
