Description:

I found a pair of these guys pecking on a tree next to my dog walking client's house. It took some maneuvering but I was able to get pictures and videos of 180 degrees of them.

Habitat:

this is a steep hill leading to a rocky shoreline. The steep hill is covered with large old trees.
