Description:

Really big! I had no idea tigers grew this large ! Much larger than the silhouette in my Kaufman guide portrays it to be! Wingspan had to be. 5" ! Took my breath away.

Habitat:

Nectaring in an abandoned overgrown lot across the street.

Notes:

Was it worth tramping around the itchy plants in flip flops and shorts just to get photos of this and the yellow one? Oooh yeah! But I am itchy as all get out right now.....
