Spotting

Description:

Small plant with delicate leaves. Looks a little like cilantro.

Habitat:

Found growing in rich, grassy soil.

Notes:

The tiny seeds are pictured in the last two shots. They were perhaps 2/5 of a centimeter in diameter. The plant emits a fragrance when damaged. I see this plant pop up every spring in the partial shade of temperate forests throughout New York.
