Red-bellied Woodpecker

Description:

Large woodpecker when is mostly gray head, females have red markings from the back of the neck to the shoulders while males have a red cap extending down to the shoulders. Both genders have a black and white markings in uniform stripes across the back, the underside is off-white too light gray.
