This ladybird/ladybug is on a Jacaranda leaf. The second last picture is with a Flower Spider ( Diaea sp ). The last picture is the ladybird larvae found nearby.

Now I know what was the little bug like creature near the ladybird, it's actually the larvae stage of this ladybird. So I added one more picture on this series.
