Eumenes mediterraneus
Eumenes mediterraneus is a species of potter wasp in the subfamily Eumeninae of the family Vespidae. This abandoned open cell/nest was constructed by a wasp of it's kind, and it was spotted on a wildflower, near Amarantos village, Karditsa, Greece.
