Ring-billed Gull

Larus delawarensis

Description:

Medium-small gull with yellow bill and black ring near front of bill. black wing tips, grey back, white breast.

Habitat:

Salton Sea (lake, trail, prairies and wetlands) flying over trail we were walking on.

Notes:

Lots of these were seen at the Salton Sea that day.
