Giant Tree Gecko

Pseudothecadactylus australis

Notes:

Found this one in the canopy of a paperbark tree. Australias largest gecko, the last pic shows that they have lamellae on the tip of their tail as well as their toe pads (gives them better grip on trees)

Thanks, they were extremely sticky and having more pads on their tail didnt help while catching them.

Incredible toe pads. He could probably climb on teflon.
