Description:

Looks like one of the members of Lycanaidae(not sure regarding the species) spotted near Ullala lake, Bengaluru. Look at the strange structures at the bottom of the wings ! Can it be used to identify the species ? not sure..

I agree Prashasti, according to the reference only the subspecies celeno is present at this location. Please note that in scientific names only the Genus is capitalized, not the species or sub-species. So here you have Jamides celeno celeno. I would stick to the more widely recognized common name, Common Cerulean.
