A strange bug on a leaf. 4mm from forehead to wingtip. Probably some kind of barklice (Psocoptera) or bug (Hemiptera). Probably the same species with http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/154... except this one has a thicker antennae, black eyes and white legs.
